There’s no doubt in my mind the reason English carolers asked for figgy pudding is simply because they had never experienced figgy pizza.
Mio may be in a Johnson County strip mall, but don’t let that fool you. This is great pizza. So, bring us some figgy pizza!
Crust: white, thin w/ puffy & blistered edge, nice leoparding underneath
Cheese: gorgonzola crumbles + shaved parmesan
Toppings: chopped figs + prosciutto + arugula + balsamic reduction
